This detailed approach is what sets us apart from other window cleaning companies who use long poles and brushes from the ground.

We arrive at your home with everything we need to do the job. Ladders ranging from 2′ to 36′, squeegees cut to fit every window from 4″ to 24″, all necessary cleaning products, even vacuums for slider tracks.
Top Care uses a premium commercial window cleaner and hand brushing to loosen and suspend the dirt that is on you windows. The real secret though is the squeegee, which cleanly removes all of the liquid and the suspended dirt from the glass. We finish by using a clean, lint free cloth to wipe up the edges and the window sill.
That’s really up to you, but many of our customers like to have their outside of their windows cleaned twice a year, usually in spring and fall, and the insides cleaned once a year. Environmental conditions, both inside and outside of your home may make more frequent cleanings necessary.
You are welcome to be home, but it’s not necessary. Each crew that we send out has many years of experience with the company, is bonded and insured, and has our complete trust. All we ask is that you provide a means of getting into the house if it is necessary to complete the work that you have requested.
We’re there to work for you, not the other way around. That being said, having any fence gates unlocked, pets secured, and small or fragile items moved away from the areas in which we will be working makes our job easier and is appreciated.
We will wear fresh, disposable shoe covers in your home. We may occasionally have to take them off for safety reasons on ladders, but we will NOT make a mess of your carpet or flooring.
Rain doesn’t make windows dirty, dirt does. When rain falls on freshly cleaned glass, it typically dries and leaves no sign that it was every there. On the rare occasion that there is a wind driven rain immediately after we clean your windows, and it leaves a mess, give us a call and we can stop back to reclean the affected windows when we’re in the area.
We will move furniture and other items as needed to safely access your windows. We do appreciate it if you move any fragile or expensive smaller items away from the areas in which we will be working.
There are many storm window designs used in homes over the last hundred years. We are able to clean all of them, but there is often quite a bit of extra time and cost involved. This will be figured into the estimate, so you will be aware of it up front.
Our outside window cleaning service includes wiping down cobwebs around the window frams, cleaning the glass, and wiping up the window ledge at the bottom. Inside we clean the glass, and wipe up the sill, as well as cleaning any screens.
Screens are really just air filters. Dust, pollen, tree debris, and spider webs all accumulate on screens over time. If your screens are on the outside of your windows, a wind driven rain will rinse this dirt off of your screens, and onto to your previously clean windows, leaving a mess.
Modern windows are two or three layers of glass with an energy efficient gas between them. When the seal that holds this gas in, and outside air and moisture out, fails, that moisture will get between the panes of glass and make your window look foggy. The only solution for this problem is to replace the pane of glass.
